NetJets is the global leader in fractional ownership business aviation, transporting a premium clientele to all corners of the globe every year. For over twenty years, the brand has been an official partner of Art Basel, the world’s most influential contemporary art fair, held in Basel, Paris, and Miami, which alone attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors annually from the elite circles of finance, luxury, and international culture.
This partnership takes shape in physical spaces—the NetJets lounges at the heart of the trade show—which are designed both to welcome distinguished guests and to embody the brand’s values: excellence, uniqueness, and vision.
It was in this context that NetJets asked Studio Artera to design and oversee the artistic curation for this new edition.
Studio Artera handled all aspects of the artistic curation: identifying and selecting the artist, developing the project in collaboration with the artist, installing the artwork at the booths, providing on-site support throughout the fair, and organizing high-end side events, including private cocktail receptions, speaking engagements, and interactive sessions with NetJets clients and collectors.
The selected artist: Silvère Jarrosson, a French painter whose work explores inner landscapes through large-scale abstract pieces of rare intensity. For this project, he created *Inner Horizons*, a pictorial odyssey exploring the definitions of travel—both physical and sensory—conceived to resonate directly with the NetJets universe. A passionate hiker and frequent visitor to the world’s most remote regions, Jarrosson approached each canvas as a map of a territory: inner landscapes that invite the viewer to project themselves beyond the visible world.
The artworks were displayed in lounges spanning several hundred square meters in Basel, Paris, and Miami. In Paris alone, Art Basel 2024—held for the first time at the Grand Palais—welcomed more than 65,000 visitors during its VIP and public days, including key players from the global art, luxury, and finance sectors.
