Paris Saint-Germain x Adeline Care

Project background

Paris Saint-Germain's Carte Blanche initiative celebrates the talents of professional photographers, offering the general public a unique and refreshing perspective on various aspects of the club. Beyond the world of soccer, these captivating creations reveal what goes on behind the scenes at PSG, highlighting not only the players, but also the staff and sports facilities that contribute to the club's excellence.

This initiative represents a captivating bridge between art and sport, fusing visual creativity with the passion of soccer. The talented photographers involved in Carte Blanche bring an artistic dimension to PSG stories, transcending the conventional boundaries of sports reporting. Each image becomes a work of art, capturing the energy, emotion and essence of Paris Saint-Germain.

The realization

To mark the transfer of teams from Camp des Loges to the new Poissy site, Paris Saint-Germain asked talented photographer Adeline Care to capture the essence of the club through her lens.

Photographing the U19 women's team means coming face to face with a wide variety of personalities, all driven by the same determination.

Her aim was to capture the very essence of each player, notably through individual portraits where power and gentleness, laughter and concentration coexist. By taking time with each of them, she sought to capture their aspirations as well as the human aspects that lie behind their displayed professionalism.

Adeline Care also wanted to highlight the power that emanates from their collective commitment. At every break, between two exercises, she sought to capture the spirit of solidarity that unites them. To observe this sisterhood is to follow a human as well as sporting adventure, the lessons of which will undoubtedly last well beyond their training years.

Using art to magnify their achievements, we offer a new perspective on women's sporting excellence, one that celebrates their determination and energy, and one that will reach millions of people around the world, thanks to a multi-channel communication campaign conceived in collaboration with the Parisian club.
